VILLA BIOKOVO EDEN The property is located uptown in the quiet district Veliko Brdo, which is above the city of Makarska and below the mountain Biokovo. The property consists of three floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. Total living space about 160 m². On the ground floor there is the entrance to the house, two garages, the hallway, the staircase, a utility room, a laundry room and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. The balcony has a view to the south-east, To the east you can admire the beautiful mountains BIOKOVO, To the south the Adriatic Sea and the island of HVAR. In the basement there is a large, spacious tavern with a separate kitchen, large dining table, grill, etc. From the basement you can reach the approx. 100 m² terrace, where the pool with a size of 3.50 mx 7.50 m is located. The terrace is partially covered to provide shade (with table and chairs). The other part is intended for sunbathing. There is also a guest toilet in the basement, so you don't have to bother going upstairs. On the first floor is the second bedroom with the same view as the bedroom on the ground floor, also here with own bathroom and balcony. On the first floor there is also the living room with an open kitchen, guest toilet and terrace. The terrace is about 30 m² and has a beautiful open view of the sea and the neighboring islands of BRAĆ and HVAR.
